We are hiring male candidate to our company for the post of Software Support Executive.
- Resolve issues related to software
- Read/write SQL queries, stored procedure.
- SQL Database Backup and Restore
- Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software problems
- Resolving technical issues with the development team and working closely with software engineers and development teams to identify and resolve potential issues
- Receive mails and calls from clients who are experiencing technical issues and or queries with the software.
- Assist the clients in troubleshooting problems, diagnose issues with software installation and application, identify sources of the problem, offer a solution, and provide end-to-end issue solutions.
- Become an intermediator between the client and technical department for better understanding and getting the process streamlined.
- installation of Software to Clients in their shop or office location
- Give detailed Training to clients in their shop or office location.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Understanding & working knowledge of business applications will be an added advantage
- Knows MICROSOFT SQL Server database and queries
- Basic knowledge in Asp.net C#, Microsoft SQL server Is desirable
- 30% willing to travel
- Language - Malayalam Required
