Job description

o 4-5 closure with the individual

o End-to-End Recruitment life cycle.

o Sourcing, Pre-Screening, Scheduling Telecons, face to face discussions, Follow- ups, negotiating compensation packages.

o Handling In-House and Client requirements.

o Finding & sourcing prospective candidates through Job portals, Employee referrals, social networking sites, LinkedIn and internal database and then contacting them via telephone, e-mail.

o Excellent communication skills.

o Working experience with client required skills.
