Job description

4-5 closure with the individual

End-to-End Recruitment life cycle.

Sourcing, Pre-Screening, Scheduling Telecons, face to face discussions, Follow- ups, negotiating compensation packages.

Handling In-House and Client requirements.

Finding & sourcing prospective candidates through Job portals, Employee referrals, social networking sites, LinkedIn and internal database and then contacting them via telephone, e-mail.

Excellent communication skills.
