Key Responsibilities: 

 Talent Acquisition: 

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. 
• Use job portals, social media, and networking platforms like LinkedIn to source potential candidates. 
• Manage job postings across various platforms to attract top talent. 

 HR Marketing: 

• Assist in building the company's employer brand by creating engaging recruitment campaigns and social media content. 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings and company culture on social media. 
• Organize recruitment drives, career fairs, and internal referral campaigns. 
• Candidate Relationship Management: 
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. 
• Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a smooth candidate experience. 

 HR Operations Support: 

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports. 
• Support the HR team in onboarding and employee engagement activities. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). 
• Proficiency in using job portals and LinkedIn for sourcing. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Passion for HR and talent acquisition with a keen interest in employer branding. 
• Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and candidate evaluation techniques. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
