Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and target markets for B2B events
· Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and attending networking events
· Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant products/services
· Evaluate leads and maintain an accurate lead database for tracking and reporting
· Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and ensure smooth handover
· Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize lead generation for B2B events
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Business Development / Lead Generation
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
