Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, understanding project requirements, and supporting the sales cycle. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT service environment.  (Fresher can also apply.)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and other platforms.
  • Generate leads and actively reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Support the senior BDE team in handling client communications and follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM/database with lead and client information.
  • Participate in client calls and meetings to understand requirements and present company offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to draft accurate and appealing project proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to contribute ideas for new business strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term business.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, web/mobile development, or software solutions.
  • Familiarity with bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related domain is a plus.
  • Internships or prior experience in BDE, sales, or marketing roles will be an advantage.
