We are hiring freshers (female candidates preferred) for an onsite role, with preference given to local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Prospecting: Identify potential clients within the real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors, both locally and globally.

Lead Generation: Conduct market research and utilize various outreach methods (cold calling, emailing, networking) to generate new business leads.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored 3D visualization solutions.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create strategies that promote business growth and expansion.

Project Coordination: Act as the key point of contact for clients during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery.

Proposal Development: Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts that align with the client’s needs and LOFT17’s services.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D visualization, real estate, architecture, or interior design is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present LOFT17's services to clients.

Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.

Customer-Centric: Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations.
