Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the 3D visualization industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and close leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (architects, interior designers, real estate developers, construction firms, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Pitch and present our 3D visualization services to prospective clients through meetings, emails, and calls.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms to close deals successfully.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the 3D visualization and architectural industry.
• Collaborate with the 3D visualization team to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in 3D visualization, architecture, interior design, or real estate).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms (LinkedIn, industry events, etc.).
• Passion for architecture and visualization with the ability to explain technical services to clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
