Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This mid-level position will be based in Vadodara, Mumbai, Agra, Varanasi, Pune, Delhi, or Indore. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will play a key role in guiding sales activities, establishing customer relationships, and ensuring effective coordination within the sales team.

CANDIDATE MUST BE FROM FLOUR INDUSTRIES AND MBA IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales-related role, with proven track record in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Proficiency in sales lead generation and management (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse clients.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to enhance and retain client satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive market knowledge and the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and handle interactions with potential customers.
  • Capable of working collaboratively within a team to achieve sales objectives and support team members.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and willingness to embrace new technologies and strategies.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day sales operations, facilitating effective communication between sales teams and management.
  • Identify, pursue, and generate leads to increase sales volume and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial deals and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any arising issues or queries.
