Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Human Resources to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. This role will involve overseeing the human resources activities of the company and ensuring the smooth functioning of all HR processes. As a Senior Executive Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while promoting a positive work culture. This is a Full-Time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Proficient in HR software and systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary
  • Develop and implement performance management systems
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs.
