Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an HR Operations. As an HR Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our HR processes. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of prior experience in HR Operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using HRMS software, specifically KEKA.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of attendance and leave management processes.
  • Experience in preparing official HR letters.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Female Candidate with Good HR operrations Experiance

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HRMS KEKA for employee data management, attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly payslips accurately and timely.
  • Handle all the documentation required for various HR processes such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and address employee queries.
  • Maintain employee relations and address any grievances or concerns.
  • Assist in organizing HR events and initiatives.
  • Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR operations.
