Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Agency Channel Sales Development. This role involves driving sales through the agency channel and developing new business relationships. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, a strong understanding of financial services, and the ability to work well in a team. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad.

He /Should have good working Experiance to recruit the Agent .

Should have sound knowledge on Insurance Sales .

Should able to genrate the revenue for the organisation.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or channel development
• Strong understanding of financial services industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Location - Hyderabad,Vijaywada,Kurnool,Vishakhapatnam,Bhadradri Kothagudam,Coimbatoor ,Mumbai,channai, Bangloru,Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
• Achieve sales targets through Self & the agency channel.
• Adding new agents to the Business via Recruiting Agents .
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service and support to agency partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports and presentations.
