Sales Manager - Modern Trade
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Modern Trade to lead our B2C sales team in the UP region, driving growth and expansion of our FMCG products. The ideal candidate will have a strong FMCG sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in field sales is highly desirable for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive B2C sales growth in the UP region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Hire, train, and oversee sales promoters to ensure maximum reach and brand visibility.
Requirements
- 7 to 8 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the UP market, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing teams, and achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
