### **Job Summary:**  

We are seeking a **Customer Success Associate** to join our **Blended Process (Chat + Voice)** team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, strong verbal fluency, and prior experience in international customer support. You will be responsible for assisting customers through **both chat and voice channels**, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.  

### **Key Responsibilities:**  

- Handle customer inquiries via **chat and voice** in a professional manner.  

- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.  

- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.  

- Adhere to company policies and performance metrics.  

- Work in **rotational shifts (24/7 support)** with a **rotational weekly off**.  

### **Eligibility Criteria:**  

- **Education:** Graduate in any field.  

- **Experience:** At least **6 months in an International (INTL) Process**.  

- **Skills:**  

 - Excellent **English communication** (verbal & written).  

 - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.  

 - Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
