Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage bulk production of cookies, ensuring quality and quantity targets are met.
2. Oversee production of 15 different varieties of cookies using a rotary oven.
3. Lead a team to achieve a minimum of 15 lots per day.
4. Ensure efficient production processes, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
5. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of experience in a bakery production environment, preferably in cookie production.
2. Proven experience with rotary oven operations and bulk production management.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent knowledge of cookie production processes, quality control, and food safety regulations.
