Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant or in finance, and a postgraduate degree in finance. The Accountant will manage financial transactions, preparing accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.
3. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
4. Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
5. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
6. Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation.
7. Develop and implement financial processes and controls.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in accounting/finance.
2. CA Intermediate/PG in Finance, (MBA Finance).
3. Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks).
4. Strong knowledge of tax laws, GST, and financial regulations.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with a Chartered Accountant.
2. Certification in accounting software.
3. Knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
