RPA Developer | 5+ Yrs | Noida | 1 PM to 9 PM

Skilled and experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer with expertise in UiPath and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation processes using UiPath

technology.

The RPA Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate business

processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

 Process Analysis:

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyse and understand

business processes for automation.

- Identify opportunities for automation and recommend RPA solutions.

 UiPath Development:

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.

- Create and maintain automation workflows, integrating UiPath best practices.

- Develop and configure bots for optimal performance and efficiency.

 Testing and Debugging:

- Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Debug and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development and testing

phases.

 Documentation:

- Create comprehensive documentation for all developed automation processes.

- Maintain updated documentation for changes and enhancements to existing

processes.

 Collaboration:

- Work closely with business units to understand their automation needs and

requirements.

- Collaborate with IT (Information Technology) and other departments to integrate

automation solutions into existing systems.

 Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on implemented

automation processes.

- Assist in resolving issues and inquiries related to automation.

 Compliance and Security:

- Ensure that all automation processes comply with regulatory and security standards.

- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data processed through

automation.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 5+ years of Proven experience as an RPA Developer using UiPath.

 Strong knowledge of RPA concepts and methodologies.

 Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools.

 Experience in analysing and documenting business processes.

 Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

 Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 UiPath certification(s).

 Experience with other RPA tools.

 Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts.

 Familiarity with business process automation beyond RPA
