Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer at VS Interconnect, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing technical support, and offering tailored solutions to meet their connectivity needs. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical support and product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions and address customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • 2-4 years of experience in electronic sales, preferably in the connectivity sector.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
