HR Policies

o  JDS:

  1. Develop fair HR Policies and ensure employee understand and comply with them.
  2. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  3. Monitor HR Department Budget.
  4. Design and Implement benefit packages.
  5. Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
  6. Manage Employee grievances.
  7. Participate in the recruitment process.
  8. Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
  9. Oversee daily operations of the HR Department.

o  Requirement:

  1. Proven work experience as HR Manager or Sr. HR Executive or HR Executive.
  2. Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
  3. Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
  4. People oriented and results driven.
  5. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  6. Knowledge of HR Systems and database.
  7. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  8. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  9. In-depth knowledge of labor law.
