Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telecaller to join our team for lead qualification. The primary responsibility will be to pre-qualify incoming leads by making calls to potential clients and evaluating them based on predefined criteria.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and connect with the lead.
  • Assess and qualify leads according to the established criteria.
  • Record and maintain detailed information about the conversation and qualification status.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on warm or interested prospects.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply lead qualification criteria.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Language proficiency in English/Hindi
