Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telecaller to join our team for lead qualification. The primary responsibility will be to pre-qualify incoming leads by making calls to potential clients and evaluating them based on predefined criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and connect with the lead.
- Assess and qualify leads according to the established criteria.
- Record and maintain detailed information about the conversation and qualification status.
- Ensure timely follow-up on warm or interested prospects.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and apply lead qualification criteria.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or Excel.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Language proficiency in English/Hindi
