Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect with a strong architectural background who can independently manage projects from design development through final execution. The role demands excellent communication skills, stakeholder coordination, and strong on-ground execution capabilities. The Project Architect will act as the single-point owner of the project across all phases.
-Key Responsibilities
1. Design Coordination
Manage and drive the PMC to develop designs from concept to final renders
Ensure timely delivery of designs, 3Ds, and design documents by the PMC
Act as the central coordination point between client, PMC, and internal teams
Act as the central communication point during the entire design phase.
Conduct client meetings and design discussions to understand requirements, gather feedback, and finalize design deliverables.
Ensure timely closure of all design iterations and approvals.

2. Scope Finalisation & Approvals
Ensure all design outputs align with client expectations, budget, and timelines.
Finalize BOQs, material specifications, and execution timelines in coordination with internal teams and PMC.
Secure all necessary client and internal approvals prior to execution commencement.

3.TP Order Management & Design-to-Execution Transition
Initiate a TP (Turnkey Partner) order creation once the project moves from design to execution
Conduct detailed project briefings with the TP, including scope, timelines, and expectations
Explain all drawings, designs, BOQs, and specifications to the TP to ensure complete clarity
Ensure a smooth and structured transition from design phase to execution phase

4. Execution Oversight & Site Coordination
Take complete ownership of the project during execution
Coordinate with TPs, PMC, site teams, and clients to ensure timely progress
Conduct a site visits to monitor progress and execution alignment
Track milestones, resolve on-site issues, and escalate risks when required
Drive accountability from PMC and TPs to meet quality and timeline commitment.

5. Quality Control & Reporting
Visit the site for check workmanship quality, material usage, and design compliance at site.
Review regular progress updates, DPR, reports, and photographic documentation received from PMC.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented wherever deviations are identified.

6. Payments & CRM Operations
Process partner and vendor payments post verification and approval.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, contracts, work orders, and progress data in the CRM system to ensure transparency and audit readiness.

7. Final Handover & Project Closure
Ensure all works are completed as per approved designs and client expectations.
Conduct final walkthroughs and snag closures with clients.
Close all project documentation and ensure formal handover of the completed project.
