Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Partner Onboarding & Management

• Meeting and onboarding new Turnkey Partners, PMC Partners, and other required vendors

pan-India.

• Maintaining a pool of pre-qualified, ready-to-assign partners for projects.

• Getting contracts signed and ensuring partner registration is completed in CRM.

2. Procurement & Partner Allocation

• Conducting partner selection by floating project briefs and proposed work orders.

• Finalizing Turnkey/PMC partners for each project in alignment with timelines and budgets.

• Negotiating best rates with vendors and partners for project procurement.

3. Training & Development

• Coordinating with trainers to ensure all partners complete technical and process training on

time.

• Conducting or facilitating sessions to train partners on management, soft skills, and

coordination best practices.

• Tracking training completion and performance improvement post-training.

4. Project Coordination & Handover

• Completing all customer onboarding steps and bringing the project to kickoff stage.

• Ensuring seamless handover of project data to the Transformation Head for execution.

• Replacing partners promptly when a ticket is raised for non-performance or withdrawal.

5. Payments & CRM Operations

• Processing partner payments post-approval from the Transformation Head.

• Maintaining all records, contracts, and work orders in CRM for financial and audit

compliance.

6. Material Research & Catalogue Support

• Researching new materials, fixtures, and technologies for use in projects.

• Sharing material details with the design and marketing/catalogue teams for inclusion.

7. Sales Support & Upselling

• Pitching and upselling furniture, décor, and plant products to existing customers during

project interactions.

8. Leadership & Backup Role

• Acting as backup to the Transformation Head during absence — handling partner

coordination, approvals, and project escalations.
