We are looking for an experienced Project Architect with a strong background in architecture who can independently manage projects from design to final execution. This role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and on-ground execution capability.

1. Design Coordination

• Working closely with design partners to develop concepts and renders.
• Acting as the central communication point during the entire design phase.
• Conducting client meetings and design discussions to gather feedback and finalize deliverables.

2. Scope Finalization & Approvals

• Ensuring all design outputs are aligned with client expectations.
• Finalizing BOQ, material specifications, and project timelines.
• Securing all required approvals before execution begins.

3. Project Handover for Execution

• Prepare and organize all finalized documents, drawings, BOQs, and material specifications for execution.
• Ensuring a smooth transition from the design phase to execution
• Taking complete ownership of the project execution process.
• Coordinating with site teams, vendors, PMC, and clients to initiate and manage execution activities.

5. Execution Management

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the execution phase.
• Coordinating with PMC and on-site teams to track progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Escalating challenges, managing partner replacements, and ensuring timely work completion.

6. Quality Checks & Reporting

• Monitoring workmanship, design adherence, and material usage.
• Providing regular progress updates, reports, and photographic records.

7. Payments & CRM Operations

• Processing partner payments post-approval.
• Maintaining updated project data, contracts, and work orders in CRM for transparency and audit compliance.

8. Final Handover & Closure

• Ensuring all works are completed as per design and client expectations.
• Conducting final walkthroughs with clients.
• Closing all documentation and handing over the completed project.
