Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, handling their queries, explaining our services, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming client calls and respond promptly to queries.
  • Explain our services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent support and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong persuasive and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-driven.
