We are seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Support to join our team for lead qualification. The primary responsibility will be to pre-qualify incoming leads by making calls to potential clients and evaluating them based on predefined criteria.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Call the lead and qualify them using pre-set criteria.
  2. Follow up with clients regularly to maintain their engagement.
  3. Respond to clients promptly via call or WhatsApp.
  4. Update all lead details accurately in the CRM system.
  5. If the lead is qualified, book a site visit and assign it to the sales team for further processing.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply lead qualification criteria.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Language proficiency in English/Hindi
