About Us:

We are a creative design studio looking for a Freelance Architect to bring innovative concepts to life. This is a per-project paid role with no income cap, ideal for independent professionals who thrive on creativity and delivering high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts and designs using Sketch Up and other design tools.
• Create 3D renderings and visualisations for client presentations.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design proposals.
• Collaborate with clients to refine designs and secure approvals.
• Deliver projects on time and with excellence.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Skilled in Sketch Up, 3D modelling, and rendering software.
• Strong grasp of architectural design principles and client requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple projects independently.

Payment:

• Per-project basis with no income cap — the more projects you deliver, the more you earn.
