Role & Responsibility

You will be responsible for building the complete application using FlutterFlow + Firebase, including:

1. App Development

• Mobile (Android/iOS) + Web Portal from the same FlutterFlow project
• Role-based login and routing (Admin, PMC, TM, Vendor, Accounts, Client, etc.)
• Project lifecycle modules (Proposal to Handover)
• Transformation stage with:
• SOW (Main & Sub line items)
• Values, timelines, countdown timers, overdue logic
• Approvals, checklists, testing status
• Task workflows with sequential dependencies and approvals
• Ticketing & change management system
• Payment workflows with milestones, TDS, approvals, freezes
• DPR (Daily Progress Report) module with photos, videos, manpower, work mapping
• File management (drawings, photos, videos, invoices)
• Notifications and activity logs

2. Backend & Data

• Firebase Auth (Email/Phone)
• Firestore data modelling for projects, users, SOW, tasks, tickets, payments, DPR
• Role-based access rules
• Secure data structure and scalability planning

3. UI / UX

• Implement clean, minimal, professional UI
• Color theme: Black, White, Grey with Green (success) & Red (alerts)
• Mobile-first, web-friendly layout
• Card-based dashboards and clear status indicators

4. Testing & Deployment

• End-to-end functional testing of all workflows
• Edge-case testing (approvals, payment states, role restrictions)
• Performance and data integrity testing
• Deployment support for:
• Android
• iOS
• Web portal
• Bug fixing and stabilization before handover

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with FlutterFlow
• Solid understanding of:
• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Rules)
• Role-based systems
• Workflow & approval engines
• ERP / CRM style data models
• Experience building:
• Multi-user systems
• Payment flows
• Document management
• Status-driven dashboards
• Ability to work independently and own the full product

Good to Have

• Experience with construction / ERP / CRM / SaaS products
• Experience building mobile + web from same codebase
• Understanding of business workflows, not just UI
• QA mindset and documentation habit
