Job Title: Draughtsman

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsman Assistant to support the preparation of as-built drawings for ongoing and completed projects. The role involves working closely with the project and site teams to capture on-site changes and accurately update construction drawings to reflect the final built condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details as per project requirements.

Develop as-built drawings based on site-marked drawings, redlines, and actual site measurements.

Update AutoCAD drawings to incorporate field changes, revisions, and modifications.

Visit project sites (when required) to verify dimensions, site conditions, and execution details.

Ensure all drawings comply with standards, detail specifications, and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship, Civil, Architecture, or relevant field.
• 0–2 years of experience in CAD drafting (experience with as-built work is a plus).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of construction drawings.
• Basic knowledge of architectural/civil/MEP layout plans.
• Ability to interpret and apply site changes to existing designs accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
