Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) – Design Lead  

1. Client Engagement and Project Understanding

• Meet clients at site or the experience center to understand their vision, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences.
• Translate client requirements into actionable design strategies and concepts.

2. Design Planning and Execution

• Ensure timely completion and delivery of all design outputs, from initial concept to final BOQ
• Execute the design to maintain design integrity and ensure timely delivery to maintain quality and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead the ideation and implementation of innovative, out-of-the-box outdoor and spatial design solutions.

3. Team Leadership and Coordination

• Handle, guide, and mentor the team of concept designers to ensure high-quality and creative design proposals.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
• Allocate tasks efficiently and ensure timely execution of all assigned work.

4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Facilitate clear and timely communication between the design team and other departments (e.g., sales, project management, procurement) to ensure alignment and accurate execution.
• Conduct regular briefing and debriefing sessions to maintain consistency across teams.

5. Design Review and Approval

• Oversee and approve design drafts and concept designs, while ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
• Ensure that all designs are cost-effective and within the defined customer budget.

6. Risk Management and Quality Control

• Identify and raise red flags promptly in case of any delays, misalignment, or productivity issues—either team-related or client-facing.
• Implement corrective actions to avoid repetition of errors and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

7. Timely Execution and Follow-Up

• Maintain accountability of design complete in given timeline and aline with customer requirement.
• Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure approvals and revisions happen as scheduled.
