About the Job


• Proven experience in building distribution network for medical device/instrument and/or diagnostics business.

• 7 + years of experience in successful Medical Devices or Dental instruments Sales

• Experience in Distributor chain Management with a proven track record

• Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product.

• Sales team management experience is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to function independently as well as part of a team are required.

• Academic qualification is not a pre requisite however an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

What You’ll be doing:

• Build our distribution network in your territory

• Train and assist distribution network sales reps to close deals and meet targets

• Execute quarterly business plan

• Maintain a detailed, frequently updated and strategic business plan for the territory.

• Present realistic sales forecasts to sales management on a consistent basis.

• Arrange appointments with Dentists, Oral Surgeons, Onco surgeons, hospitals and Distributors, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling

• Make presentations to Dentists, Oral Surgeons, Onco surgeons, hospitals and Distributors

• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager

• Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector

• Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience

• Implement post sales installation, implementation and adoption protocol in collaboration with the sales team and service team to achieve the desired business objective of the deal.

• Support new customers in clinical adoption of our technologies.

• Work with the customer to ensure customer can achieve their clinical and economic goals with the new technology and overall customer satisfaction driving higher customer utilization rates.

• Must develop and maintain expert level knowledge of VELscope vx device and demonstrate a firm grasp of industry trends, understanding of market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
