Key Responsibilities:
· Own the account
· Build top quality data (Top 5% of dentistry)
· Physically prospect dentists
· Lead In the prospect to the CRM
· Prepare for presentation
· Present, book demo and close
o If not, follow up, present, book demo – after overcoming ALL objections
· Invite Client Solutions Manager to close
· Learn from Client Solutions Manager how to close and build customers for life
Qualification:
· Expertise in the art of closing: Watch
· High learning capability (Watch: ____)
· Device sales experience in dentistry (2 years) or
· Medical device sales experience (5 years)
Training:
· Rigorous training will be provided
· Certification will be issued upon successful completion

Compensation and Benefits:
· Break up:
o Base Salary: base salary starting from 40,000 INR/month to 70,000 INR/month
(will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and future outlook)
o Commissions: Per device installation and customer success bonus
o Daily Allowance: 600 – 1000 INR/day depending on usage
· Working hours:
o Min. 3 doctor calls/day
o Sunday holiday
o You can select any of the 14 holidays for religious reasons granted per year
o 1 earned leave for every 20 days of work (holiday with wage)
o You can combine your earned leaves and take them together with 30 days advance notice
o Sick leaves are granted on case by case basis with doctor’s note
