About the Job


What we are looking for:

  • Established track record and experience in qualifying business leads.
  • Healthcare industry is preferred.

What You’ll be doing:

- Primary Role

  • Identify, qualify and generate leads from prospective data.
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects.
  • Communicate with the target audience and set appointments for your team
  • Execute our sales process and attempt to close deals

-Secondary Role/Responsibility:

  • Create, maintain a database of qualified clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and client facing teams.
  • Accurate reporting on leads, forecasting and KPI.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM with last known status of leads, appointments.
  • Timely follow up with contacts.
  • Ability to do non scripted conversation with prospects.
  • Proficient in communicating professionally with potential customers on the phone, email, phone conferencing, and in person to learn about their business needs and build a productive business relationship.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for new business leads.


  • You will train our team on the art of qualifying.
  • Our team will train you with the knowledge of our products and solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Break Up:

o Base Salary: base salary starting from 35,000 INR/month

(will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and future outlook)

o Bonus: Ranges between 0-3X Base Salary depending on your KPIs and team performance

  • Working Hours: 8:30 to 5:30

o For Pune applicants office /WFH(as directed by your supervisor ),hybrid model.

o For non-Pune applicants WFH available for selected candidates.

o For part time applicants WFH consultant roles available.

o Sunday holiday

o You can select any of the 14 holidays for religious reasons granted per year

o 1 earned leave for every 20 days of work (holiday with wage)

o You can combine your earned leaves and take them together with 30 days advance notice

o Sick leaves are granted on case to case basis with doctor’s note
