• Possess a warm and enthusiastic personality.
• Helping students prepare for academic selections. 
• Capturing the attention of students by stating the key benefits and offerings of a particular course, program, or even an institution. 
• Assisting students in picking the right courses.
• Providing career guidance to students.
• Providing information on the various admission procedures and requirements. 
• Staying up-to-date with the developments and changes in the educational sector.
•  Interviewing students, reviewing their applications, and determining their career goals.
• Arranging campus tours as and when required.

Qualifications :- 

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• A compassionate and an empathic individual with a zeal building impactful connections.
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven work experience as Admissions Counselor, Academic Advisor, Academic Coach or a similar position in the Education department.
• Should be target driven and be able to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
• Strong planning and people reading skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
