Requirements :

• Create age-appropriate and engaging art and craft lesson plans, considering the skill levels and interests of the students.
• Teach students various art and craft techniques, such as drawing, painting, sculpting, ceramics, and other forms of creative expression.
• Conduct demonstrations to illustrate techniques, materials, and processes involved in art and craft projects.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of art supplies, tools, and materials needed for various projects.
• Provide guidance and support to students, offering feedback and encouragement to help them develop their artistic skills.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and conducive learning environment, including setting up and cleaning art spaces.
• Foster creativity and self-expression among students, encouraging them to explore different art styles and ideas.
• Evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and assign grades or assessments as necessary.
• Plan and execute art exhibitions or showcases to display students' artwork and celebrate their achievements.
• Promote safe practices when working with art materials and tools, emphasizing the importance of safety while handling these tools.

Qualifications :-

• Bachelor's degree in art education, fine arts with teaching qualification, or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an art teacher.
• Strong artistic skills and knowledge of various art and craft techniques.
• Capacity to supervise group work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students of different age groups.
• Patience and a passion for nurturing creativity in students.
• Organizational skills to manage art supplies and materials.
• Classroom management skills to maintain an orderly and safe environment.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring a love for art in students.
