Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Principal to lead our ICSE school in Hinjewadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, academic expertise, and a passion for fostering a progressive learning environment. She should be well-versed in ICSE curriculum guidelines and committed to ensuring holistic development for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to maintain and enhance the school’s academic excellence.
• Oversee the implementation of the ICSE curriculum, ensuring high educational standards.
• Supervise and mentor teachers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Ensure adherence to ICSE regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.
• Develop and implement effective policies for student discipline, academic performance, and overall well-being.
• Foster strong communication with parents, students, and staff to create a positive school culture.
• Monitor and improve teaching methodologies, student assessments, and extracurricular programs.
• Manage school administration, budgeting, and infrastructure development.
• Lead admissions, marketing efforts, and school promotion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with educational laws, safety regulations, and government guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed.), or equivalent. A B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head) in an ICSE school.
• Strong knowledge of the ICSE curriculum, policies, and accreditation requirements.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools.
