About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Primary Coordinator who is passionate about leading academic excellence and nurturing holistic education at the primary level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBSE curriculum implementation and a deep appreciation for the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) — integrating values, culture, and traditional wisdom into modern education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and teacher supervision for Grades 1–5.
• Integrate Indian Knowledge System (IKS) elements into lesson plans and school activities.
• Guide and mentor primary teachers to ensure effective pedagogy and student engagement.
• Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum development, assessments, and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers.
• Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, parents, and management for holistic student growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed).
• Proven experience as a Primary Coordinator in a CBSE school.
• Strong understanding of CBSE academic frameworks and NEP 2020 guidelines.
• Familiarity with or interest in implementing Indian Knowledge System (IKS) concepts in curriculum and activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
