Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Physics/Biology/Chemistry for senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12).

2. Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams and internal assessments.

3. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and lab experiments.

4. Use innovative teaching methodologies, including digital tools and interactive learning.

5. Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and projects.

6. Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.

7. Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

1. Masters Degree (M.Sc./M.A.) in Physics/Biology/Chemistry from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.

2. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

3. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Proficiency in using smart classrooms and online teaching tools.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in preparing students for competitive exams.

2. Strong classroom management skills.

3. Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members.
