Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our school’s administration team in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Assist in performance evaluations and payroll coordination
- Ensure HR policies and statutory compliances are followed
- Support employee engagement and grievance redressal initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / related field (MBA preferred)
- 2–4 years of HR experience, working in a school
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
