Job Description
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to manage all HR operations for our CBSE school. The candidate must have strong experience in school HR, payroll, policies, compliance, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding & documentation
- Payroll management, attendance system & leave administration
- Handling PF/ESIC, statutory compliances & HR audits
- Drafting, updating & implementing staff policies and HR SOPs
- Managing disciplinary actions, warnings, notices & grievance procedures
- Driving employee engagement & staff welfare initiatives
- Coordinating performance appraisals and training programs
- Maintaining HRMS records, service books & CBSE-related HR documentation
Requirements
- Must have experience in CBSE school HR
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compliances, disciplinary procedures & policies
- Excellent communication, leadership & documentation skills
- MBA HR or equivalent qualification preferred
