We are seeking a passionate and experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) Teacher to join our leading IB school. The ideal candidate will be a creative educator who can inspire students to become confident, fluent, and globally minded communicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic ESL lessons that develop communication, comprehension, and critical thinking skills.
• Design inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB philosophy and learner profile.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse student needs and language proficiency levels.
• Integrate technology and real-world contexts into lessons to make learning meaningful and engaging.
• Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to support English language development across the curriculum.
• Assess and track student progress using formative and summative approaches.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or Linguistics.
• Certification: TESOL / TEFL / CELTA.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of ESL or English teaching experience, preferably in an IB / international school setting.
• Strong understanding of IB PYP / MYP / DP curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for innovative, student-centered teaching.
