Job Description

• Formulating overall aims and objectives for the school and policies for their implementation. Ensuring the school is up-to-date with innovations, from teaching practices to new technologies.
• Assist school in developing and implementing School Improvement Plans.
• Assist in program implementation and curriculum development.
• Developing and improving the quality of education offered to.
• Looking into admission procedure and maintaining good rapport with all stakeholders of the school.
• Should aim to uplift the institution at the top most level of the region.

Skills:

• Leadership, strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to engage academic staff.
• Prioritization, planning and organization skills. Works collaboratively with other educators to integrate educational initiatives and resources. Should be able to help enhancing school's image in society.
• Incumbent should be an experienced and tech savvy person preferably working in a similar position in a renowned Cambridge School.

Experience:

• Should have experience of working as Principal of renowned Cambridge School.
