The person will be responsible for managing the front office, office cleanliness, vehicle movement, attendance register, asset maintenance, hospitality management and event management. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing posts. The person should be proficient in MS Office and should be mobile. Should have own two wheeler and willing to travel to run small errands as and when needed. Hospitals/doctorsResponding to all enquires coming via Hyderabad and Bengaluru IVR number/Just dial number/emails.Update the same on the system and follow up till the conclusion of the case.Managing Sales Networks Manage the social media presence of the Company.Work on improving the staff database to ensure smooth flow of the process.
