Job OverviewWe are seeking a mid-level Receptionist to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 2 years of experience and will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient front desk management and communication. The Receptionist will handle various administrative tasks to support our dynamic team and contribute to our customer-centric approach.
- Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Mandatory skill).
- Strong skills in scheduling and calendar management tools (Mandatory skill).
- Solid front desk management skills with the ability to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Able to handle telephone systems efficiently with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Capable of using email communication platforms for professional correspondence.
- Experience in document management systems for organizing and archiving information.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for guests, providing them with a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage and coordinate all front desk activities and ensure the smooth delivery of services.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, taking and passing on messages as required.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including client files and transaction records.
- Handle external and internal communications using various platforms effectively.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring operations run smoothly.
- Assist in Point of Sale transactions and ensure proper handling of payments and receipts.
