Job Overview

Lunawat Gems & Jewellery is seeking a talented Junior Jewelry Designer to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This full-time position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in jewelry design, with a strong emphasis on creativity and precision. The successful candidate will contribute to designing exquisite jewelry for both prominent brands and individual clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software for detailed jewelry design and visualization.
• Excellent hand sketching abilities to create and convey design concepts effectively.
• Expertise in metalworking, understanding properties and techniques to craft unique jewelry pieces.
• Experience with Rhinoceros, enhancing the ability to develop complex and precise jewelry models.
• Familiarity with MatrixGold for advanced digital design customization and detailing in jewelry concepts.
• Knowledge of Gemvision software to efficiently translate design concepts into digital formats for production.
• Competence in jewelry rendering, ensuring realistic presentations of each design to stakeholders.
• Strong capability in jewelry trend analysis to keep designs current and competitive within the industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create innovative jewelry designs by combining traditional techniques with digital artistry.
• Collaborate with artisans and craftsmen to bring designs from concept to finished product.
• Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate new design ideas and maintain a fresh collection.
• Translate client briefs into unique, marketable designs aligned with brand identity.
• Ensure all designs meet the company's quality standards and client specifications.
• Participate in the quality assurance process post-design, aiding in the refinement of produced pieces.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and incorporate them into new designs.
• Report directly to senior designers and management, providing updates on project status and completion.
