Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management:
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data audits.
• Support the preparation of customer segmentation and database analysis.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Assist with the creation and execution of CRM campaigns (emails, SMS, etc.).
• Help track customer interactions and feedback through the CRM system.
• Support the resolution of customer inquiries or issues as they arise.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Assist in the generation of CRM reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Analyze customer trends and behaviors to identify areas for improvement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with reporting to senior management.
• Campaign Support:
• Help in the creation of personalized customer communications.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of CRM campaigns, including email marketing, loyalty programs, and promotional offers.
• Assist with coordinating promotional materials, including customer-facing communications.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) to support cross-departmental CRM initiatives.
• Provide assistance to CRM managers and other team members when needed.
• Participate in meetings to discuss CRM strategies, updates, and challenges.
