Job Description:

A CIPET Diploma Holder is responsible for supporting the design, development, production, and quality control of plastic products. The role involves working with polymer materials, processing techniques, and advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure product efficiency and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Polymer Processing: Operate and maintain machines like injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming.
  2. Quality Control: Conduct tests to ensure products meet quality standards (e.g., tensile strength, impact resistance, thermal stability).
  3. Material Testing: Analyze raw materials and finished products to determine their physical and chemical properties.
  4. Product Development: Assist in the design and development of new plastic products, including prototyping and testing.
  5. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes.
  6. Research & Development: Support R&D teams in experimenting with new polymer blends and production techniques.
  7. Process Optimization: Improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective production.
