Job Description
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in piping stress analysis
- Strong proficiency in CAESAR II software
- Experience with both onshore and offshore projects
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to piping stress analysis
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform stress analysis for piping systems using CAESAR II software
- Evaluate and mitigate stress-related issues, such as thermal expansion, vibration, and pressure fluctuations
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (ASME, API, etc.)
- Collaborate with piping designers and project teams to optimize layout and routing
- Prepare detailed stress analysis reports and present findings to internal and external
- Recommend necessary support and anchor design to mitigate stress-related issues
- Conduct review of vendor and project documentation to ensure accuracy and adequacy of stress calculations
- Provide technical support during project execution phases, including installation, testing, and commissioning
