<h3>Job Description</h3>As the Head of Startup Portfolio at LetsVenture, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing relationships with startup founders, ensuring compliance with platform requirements, facilitating open lines of communication between founders and investors, and driving favorable exits for our portfolio companies. You will be responsible for securing allocations for future funding rounds and maximizing returns for our investors. Relationship Building and Management:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Build strong and trusted relationships with startup founders in our portfolio.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Act as a primary point of contact and provide support, guidance, and mentorship to founders.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial relationship between founders and investors. 2. Compliance and Investor Reporting:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and standards set by the platform.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Oversee investor reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on portfolio companies' performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting procedures and improve efficiency. 3. Founder-Investor Communication:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Facilitate open lines of communication between founders and investors.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Organize regular meetings, updates, and events to encourage interaction and collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Address any concerns or issues raised by founders or investors and provide appropriate resolutions. 4. Exit Strategy and Maximizing Returns:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Develop and execute exit strategies for portfolio companies, aiming to maximize returns for investors.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Conduct thorough due diligence and market research to identify favorable exit opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and structure favorable exit deals. 6.
