Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in our organization. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar sales leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and build relationships with key clients and business partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
  • Analyze sales data and evaluate performance against targets
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations
  • Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance their selling skills
