Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering. The job is based in Nagpur Division, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering
• Proven track record of managing construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports and budgets
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions to on-site construction issues
